Operational Committee Meeting Minutes May 2 ,2007

 In Attendance:  Margarite Batease, Dawn Willard, Lucy Beverly, Margo Johnston and Yvonne Weston.

                 April 7th  minutes approved as read. 

Topics Discussed:

1. Earth Day Weekend at Cup was successful in connecting with people drawn to our Center’s energy.  We will continue to reach out to the community in future gatherings. Some possibilities are Crystal Visions and the Fall event at Grove Arcade downtown.

2. Suggested by Margo, one of  Future Way Center’s contribution to conservation will be the conscious disposal of batteries.. So collect your old batteries and bring them on by.

3. Advertising is being placed in Spirit in the Smokies for the upcoming Soul Tracking class and other publications such as  Natural Awakenings will be considered for upcoming classes.

4. Flyers for this month’s Numerology Class are being posted at various local businesses.

5. Future Way has invested in member’s physical health with the purchase  the of the Body Express, a scale that measures Bone Density, Muscle Mass and Body Fat.  Curious? Come by and check it out!
