Operational Committee Meeting Minutes March 12, 2008

In Attendance: Margarite Batease, Dawn Willard, Lucy Beverly and Yvonne Weston.

February 7^th minutes approved as read.

Topics Discussed:

1. The Garden needs to be prepared for the year with weeding, clearing of leaves, etc. Anyone wanting to feel the earth between their fingers give us a call.

2. Margarite has compiled a list of beneficial words and ones to avoid on the website for search engine purposes.

3. Although the books show in the red for first couple of months, we are ok and WE ARE HERE.

4. The May garage sale has been cancelled for now due to insufficient items collected for sale and offers of assistance. HOWEVER, in its place, Brett has come across a FANTASTIC Fund Raising opportunity through Suntrust Bank! Details will be forthcoming in April .
