Operational Committee Meeting Minutes June 2, 2007

 In Attendance:  Margarite Batease, Lucy Beverly, Margo Johnston and Yvonne Weston.

Dawn Willard being out of town, phone in with her contribution to the meeting.

   May 2^nd minutes approved as read. 

Topics Discussed:

1. We now have Quickbooks Pro for the center computer to assist with our bookkeeping.

2. Flyers for the Soul Tracking class will be distributed to various locations.

3. Yvonne will inquiry about submitting our brochure to Greenlife Grocery to place in the store rack display and for display at Namaste.

4. We had an enthusiastic discussion on the purchase of the Future Way property and how to raise the necessary $400K.

With no other business, the meeting was adjourned.
