Operational Committee Meeting Minutes July 4^th, 2008

In Attendance: Margarite Batease, Dawn Willard, Lucy Beverly and Yvonne Weston.

In May there was a brief meeting with Dawn, Lucy and Yvonne, discussion centering on cleaning upkeep of the center during Margarite’s recuperation. Due to the busy schedules of the members, June’s meeting was not held.

Topics Discussed:

1. Because of the busy schedules of the members, the sharing of cleaning has not been consistent. Therefore the issue was revisited and we will do our best to maintain the energy and sharing of service.

With no other business, the meeting was adjourned.

We would like to express our deep gratitude to Dawn, who has been staying at the center assisting Margarite, giving of her time and energy to the center while tending to her personal life responsibilities. She has truly embraced that which we all admire so much in Margarite; commitment and love of service, being in service paramount to everyday life many of us busy ourselves with.
