Operational Committee Meeting Minutes January 6, 2007

 

In Attendance:  Margarite Batease, Dawn Willard, Lucy Beverly, Margo Johnston and Yvonne Weston.

 

December 2nd minutes approved as read.

 

Topics of Discussion

 

  1. Resolved.  Brochure inserts on fees need minor updating.

 

  1. Resolved. Margarite’s suggestion to stimulate bringing in funds, offering one special class per month, was agreed upon as a great idea. Either a visiting teacher/healer or Margarite will be bringing the experience of something new.

 

  1. To be continued. Asheville Mall Community Day application and needed information has been received and will be submitted. List of supplies needed was compiled.  ASHEVILLE MALL COMMUNITY DAY is Saturday March 3. The hours are from 10am - 9pm and volunteers are needed to participate as healers and friendly greeters for 3 hour shifts.
