Operational Committee Meeting Minutes January 9, 2008

 In Attendance:  Margarite Batease, Dawn Willard, Lucy Beverly and Yvonne Weston. 

November 28th minutes approved as read. 

Topics Discussed: 

1.  The reorganization of the physical center is now complete and Margarite is overwhelmed with gratitude. It has been more than 10 years since she has had any private space and this will give her the rest she needs.

2.  Due to a busy year end, there has been a slight delay in the research for website key words.

 3.  The committee members have reexamined and recommitted in their service to Future Way.

 4.  Regarding financial matters:  Donation receipts have been mailed in a timely manner.  Year end figures show an $840.00 profit-how wonderful we are not in the red!  One of our committee members will be in touch with a client who has not fulfilled their commitment in a timely manner to paying for a group they attended in 2007.
