Operational Committee Meeting Minutes February 3, 2007

 

 In Attendance:  Margarite Batease, Dawn Willard, Lucy Beverly, Margo Johnston and Yvonne Weston.

 

                         January 8th  minutes approved as read. 

 

Topics Discussed:

 

          1.     Resolved. Brochure inserts complete

 

        2.     To assist in preparing the center during season changes, a work day party has been recommended by Margo. 

           Due to schedule conflicts we may not be able to have one for upcoming spring, however we will for the future.

 

        3.    Committee members participated in an Asheville Mall Community Day dress rehearsal for setting up the 

                table.     The last weekend in February we will meet to finalize preparations.
