I                                                        Operational Committee Meeting Minutes August 5, 2006

In Attendance:  Dawn Willard, Lucy Beverly, Brett Gustafson, Margo Johnston, Yvonne Weston and Margarite Batease.

Minutes of July 6 meeting approved.

Topics of Discussion:

  1. Fees for Soul Path Healing and what happens to the fees for Soul Path Healing generated by healers locally and out of state.

This discussion was initiated from questions received from Claire Pitts and other healers.  After thoughtful sharing of each committee member’s ideas, feelings, and feedback from healers, the unanimous decision was as follows:

a.       Standard fee will stay at $120.00 per hour for Soul Path Healing. Typical fees based on this are $60.00 for 1/2 hour Transfer Healing and Contact Healings, $120.00 for Soul Path Clearing.

b.      The fees generated will be split with 2/3 for Future Way Healing Center and 1/3 for the healer.

c.       Healer has a personal choice to retain the 1/3 portion of fee or donate all or part of it to Future Way Center.

  1. Alternative Healing Modalities:

a. All healers/teachers visiting Future Way Healing Center need to be or have been students of Soul Path Healing therefore members of Future Way prior to practicing other modalities at the center.

            b. Discussion of the settling of fees and percentages tabled for a future meeting

  1. Creating an energetic harmony

In a heartfelt sharing from her soul, Dawn Willard talked about a vision she holds for the center and committee members. That in our growth as a team, we will intuitively act as one, as we truly are.  In performing the practical everyday needs of the center, focus our consciousness in becoming one with the task at hand with love and light. Her love of God and all that is, shined in her eyes and voice as she related her experience of washing the outside walls of the center. “My sole focus was in caressing them, filling each stroke with light and love, knowing these walls send out the light and love to the world.”  This sharing was inspirational, bringing us to a moment of heightened awareness, another step enhancing our growth as a team for the benefit of the center.

  1. Newsletter
    1. Due to time and commitment constraints, Lucy Beverly has resigned as one of the editors.
    2. A new column is being added called LET’S ASK…. The idea is to provide a place to ask any questions and the format will evolve as questions are asked. Margo Johnston has offered to act as facilitator.
