Operational Committee Meeting Minutes August 5, 2007

July 18th minutes approved as read. 

Topics Discussed:

1.    After further research Margarite has reported we will not be transferring the Money Market Account to ING Direct.  Looking for another source is being pursued.

2.    The Property Inspection along with termite inspection and radon test have been completed at a cost of $910.00. The reports are being reviewed by the committee.

3.    Resolved. Lucy has reported that a LLC can have unlimited partners.

4.    Dawn has recorded her meeting with a web professional and the committee will listen to this at a future meeting.

5.    Resolved. Yvonne has submitted compiled information and application forms for community meeting rooms,
