Operational Committee Meeting Minutes April 7 ,2007

In Attendance:  Margarite Batease, Dawn Willard, Lucy Beverly, Margo Johnston and Yvonne Weston.

                         February 3rd  minutes approved as read. 

Topics Discussed:

1. Requests  to teach a class received from 2 visiting teachers was reviewed.

· Maggie Tuggle class  Soul Tracking approved for June 16^th.

· Laya Taddassee class Aztec Ceremony-we need more information and  are requesting teacher to submit a formal outline of the class for further consideration.

2.  All members of Future Way may request a Saturday afternoon special to be held at their home with their choice of class/teaching. 

· Art Inspiration will be held at Margo’s in June

   3.  Preparations reviewed for our participitation in Earth Day Weekend at CUP  April 21-22.  Design of our presentation table agreed upon, volunteers assigned time slots to man the table over the weekend.  More volunteers are always welcome and needed.
